Shipping Information
Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed, regardless of method of shipment elected. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days).
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once an item has shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address provided at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered. Society Untold is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS. We currently do not ship anywhere outside of the United States at this time.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service only has as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Society Untold is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
Incorrect Address
Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address so we can do our best to make the necessary changes. In the event that we are provided with an incorrect address or part of your address is missing, Society Untold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues. All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving.
Please contact us within 7 days of your order being received in order to request a return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If your items are returned and have any signs of wear, your refund will not be issued.
*Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Society Untold does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you provided at checkout.
We do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.

Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are shared via our newsletter and social platforms. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be added afterwards.
